About Gabrielle Pimstone:
30 years of organisational transformation
27 years into a career in organisational psychology and transformation, a podcast unexpectedly changed my perspective and revealed what was truly holding my clients back. This insight inspired me to reset my approach to organisational change.
I move beyond traditional change management by focusing on deep, identity-level transformation, which means tackling culture. I work with the shared underlying assumptions and beliefs that shape ways of working. My approach centres on the human response to change, aiming to break entrenched patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. Because when you change patterns, you change everything.
