About Gabrielle Pimstone:
30 years of organisational transformation

27 years into a career in organisational psychology and transformation, a podcast unexpectedly shifted my perspective - revealing what was really holding my clients back. That moment led me to reset how I approach organisational change.

I go beyond traditional change management to focus on deep, identity-level transformation — working with the underlying assumptions and beliefs that shape how people think, relate, and work. My work centres on the human response to change, helping organisations break entrenched patterns and unlock new ways forward. Because when you change the pattern, you change everything.
