Welcome to the short course Let Go!

If you often find yourself needing to control every detail or feeling stressed when things don’t go exactly as planned, this course is designed just for you! It will teach you techniques for letting go of over-control and restore a sense of flow in your life.

This course consists of 3 self-paced lessons.

 

  1. The psychology of over-control

  2. The energetics of over-control

  3. Embracing uncertainty


While you can progress at your own speed, it's recommended to space out the lessons. This allows time for integrating each lesson and applying new knowledge.

Lesson 1: The psychology of over-control

Lesson 1 explores the human need for control and how over-control acts as a defense mechanism to protect us from anxiety. This lesson covers:

  • Basic human needs​

  • The need for control

  • Over-control as a defense mechanism

  • Safety anchor technique

  • A guided meditation to let go of control

Lesson 2: The energetics of over-control

Lesson 2 explains how over-control creates invisible energy blocks and provides techniques to release them. This lesson covers:

  • How over-control manifests as invisible energy blocks in each chakra

  • An energy technique for quick chakra clearing

  • An energy technique to release control

  • An energy technique to balance the solar plexus

Lesson 3: Embracing uncertainty

Lesson 3 explores how to thrive in situations where control is not possible. This lesson covers:

  • Embracing uncertainty and its significance beyond just letting go of control

  • Developing a positive relationship with uncertainty

  • Trusting the process

  • A tool to gradually expose yourself to uncertainty

  • A recap of the short course

  • How to continue your learning journey
