Congratulations on purchasing the short course 'Tame Your Inner Critic'.  If you're here, you probably know that inner voice that’s always pushing you to do better or beating you up when things don’t go as planned. The Inner Critic is introjected from our caregivers. What was done to us, we end up doing to ourselves, and then to others.


This course consists of 4 self-paced lessons.

  4. Rewire your energy for self-compassion

While you can progress at your own speed, it's recommended to space out the lessons. This allows time for integrating each lesson and applying new knowledge.

Lesson 1: Meet your Inner Critic

Lesson 1 provides an overview of the dynamics of the Inner Critic from a psychological and energetic perspective. This lesson covers:

  • Structural Analysis and the Inner Critic

  • How the Inner Critic forms and works

  • The Inner Critic as an energy block

  • A reflective activity to meet your Inner Critic

Lesson 2: Rewire your inner dialouge

In Lesson 2, you learn techniques to shift negative self-talk to a more positive and constructive dialogue. This lesson covers:

  • Recognising your Inner Critic's triggers

  • The power of language and how it amplifies the Inner Critic

  • Reframing self-talk

  • A guided meditation to help you connect with a supportive inner voice

Lesson 3: Compassion and self-acceptance

Lesson 3 explores how to integrate compassion and quiten the Inner Critic. This lesson covers:

Lesson 4 explores how to rewire your energy so that it is at the frequency of self-acceptance, using sacred geometry. This lesson covers:
