Every change initiative generates hard-won insights, but they rarely get captured in a form that others can use.
The Toolkit captures what your organisation needs to know about leading change - built for your context, your culture, and the initiatives you are navigating. It is a living tool that accumulates the organisation's learning over time.  

WHAT CHANGES

Leaders have somewhere to go when a challenge surfaces - a toolkit that gives them the confidence to act without needing to escalate or reach for outside help. Because it is an organisational toolkit, good change leadership stops living in pockets and starts becoming how the organisation operates.

WHAT IT INVOLVES

Starts with a few stakeholder interviews, surfacing themes specific to your organisation's culture and change challenges, which then shape how the tools are built.
A Toolkit typically contains 20-24 micro tools. The goal is to give people small, practical moves that can be applied quickly with minimal time and resources, and no specialist support required.
Three to four half-day working sessions bring the Toolkit to life - applying tools directly to live challenges and leaving each session with a clear experiment to test before the next one.
